1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Raise More Funs's school fundraising platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Raise More Funs provides an online platform that enables schools to conduct fundraising campaigns. Our Service allows:

• Schools to create and manage fundraising campaigns
• Students to have personal fundraising pages
• Donors to make contributions to support schools
• Real-time tracking of fundraising progress

3. User Accounts

School Accounts

Schools must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring student information is provided with proper authorization
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Donor Accounts

Donors do not need to create accounts to make donations. By making a donation, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Donations and Payments

Processing

• All donations are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Donations are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
• We charge processing fees as disclosed on our platform

Fund Distribution

• 60% of donations go to the school
• 30% goes to the event vendor (if applicable)
• 10% is retained by Raise More Funs as a platform fee
• Funds are distributed within 5-7 business days after campaign end

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect user information without consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raise More Funs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Schools retain ownership of their logos and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raise More Funs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raise More Funs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
